Sometimes by accident your beautiful icons appear in a blue background with no shadows. This definitely looks a bit awkward . It detain the look of your desktop. This problem is quite a small but its really annoying. As it worried me once. Fortunately I finally found the solution to it. Simply follow the steps bellow
1 = On the desktop right click anywhere and select Properties
2 = Go to Desktop Tab
3 = Click on Customize desktop
4 = Go to Web tab
5 = Unselect any thing in the web pages panel
6 = Unselect Lock Item
You're done !!! Simple Isn't it
