Step 1 : Run your uTorrent software.
Go to: Menu Bar > Choose Options > Choose Preferences.
Step 2 : Single click at Connection tab.
Type in: 443 (Port used for incoming connections). DO NOT click Random port button at first setting.
Check all box EXCEPT box Add Windows Firewall exception.
Step 3 : Go to: Bandwidth tab
Just type in theses number:

Step 4 : Go to: BitTorrent tab
Check all box EXCEPT box Limit local peer bandwidth
Change the Outgoing to Enabled
Check the box Allow incoming legacy connections
Step 5 : Go to: Queueing tab
Just type in:

Step 6 : Go to: Scheduler tab
Unchecked Enable Scheduler
Step 7 : Go to: Web UI tab
Unchecked Enable Web UI
Step 8 : Last but not list: Let make pray to our GOD.
Click OK button to apply all settings.
